First Entrepreneurial Adventure At 10

When I was around 10, my brothers and I decided we would have an adventure by creating our own store. We would buy candy at the store and then upsell to the kids in the neighborhood whose parents would not allow them to buy candy.

It All Began With Web Development

In 1996, my boss told me I needed to learn how to create an internal website for our corporate department. Since I was technically minded, he selected me to learn Microsoft Frontpage. After successfully completing this project, I developed a thirst to learn more in web development. I left my corporate job in 1999 to begin my first entrepreneur business as an adult.

Established First Business

In 2004, I obtained my MBA in eBusiness and decided to start my first business. In the last semester of school. I developed a plan for a web business. After graduation, I took this plan and successfully started my first business. It became the cornerstone of my entrepreneur journey.

Refining And Growing My Business

After being in business for a few years, I began to refine my processes in 2009. Instead of going to the office and working for corporate clients, I began working with clients entirely from home. Thus the phase of remote entrepreneurship was born.

Expanding With A Remote Team

Because business visibility is important to me, I truly believe that making sure you can be seen on social media. This way you can sell to your target customers. In 2012, I landed a contract with a large corporation, Steelcase, because of how I optimized my business using LinkedIn. They were looking for someone who provides WordPress training for their dealers, as well as providing support desk services. They chose my business, which meant I needed to expand to using a remote team who could help me provide support. So my business now moved into the remote team building for entrepreneurs phase.

Sharing Knowledge About Remote Teams

In 2017, I decided to share my knowledge of creating a powerful remote team through my a business adventure called BuildTeamz. The single purpose of BuildTeamz is to teach entrepreneurs how to create a remote team that can help them grow their business. I do this through blogging, useful business tools, and Q&A information on my blog. My team and I love sharing how we have become successful so that others can following in our footsteps.

Pamper My Business Was Born

In 2018 I created Pamper My Business (PMB). The sole purpose of PMB is to work with Entrepreneurs from all walks of life to properly train, coach, and assist with business branding. I have been through so many trial and errors, and business situations, that I wanted to share my extensive knowledge of business branding with other entrepreneurs such as myself. I want to help you successfully build your brand, find your target customers, and be seen so you can sell!
