According to the Teen Advice section on About.com, cyberbullying is…

Cyberbullying is any harassment that occurs via the Internet. Vicious forum posts, name calling in chat rooms, posting fake profiles on web sites, and mean or cruel email messages are all ways of cyberbullying.
With this mind, the message that Katherine shares when speaking, or in her book, is a great start to encouraging positive encouragements. She shares that it was advice from her mother that helped her deal with what she went through as a teen regarding cyber bullying and self esteem issues. Because she had such a solid relationship with her mom, it helped her come out with a healthy view of herself. Now in college, Katherine wants to encourage young women to feel good about themselves and to be positive about their body image.
