While watching the Today Show, I listened to a segment about how time change in the US may have an affect on the rate of heart-attacks. Studies have been done that seem to show that when time changes, that sleep patterns are affected. Which in turn my affect your heart. Wow!

As a business owner, I work many hours and sometimes I don't get enough sleep. After watching the video below, I decided I would try out the theory that more sleep helps you feel better. So I'm changing my sleep pattern with the time change to see how my days are affected.
