I’m so glad that you have chosen to take steps to work with me to help you develop your online presence. In order to help you and I determine if we are a good fit, please review the following expectations that I have when scheduling meetings with potential clients. If you agree to these expectations, please complete my meeting request form so that we can get things started.
- During the initial 15 minute consultation, we will do a high-level review of your project needs. This is not a strategy planning meeting. I do this so that you, the potential client, and I can both determine if we are a good fit.
- Once we make this determination, I will then proceed with providing you with a quote for the scope of the project we discussed during our initial meeting.
- Since I create custom quotes for all of my clients, I can only give a range of how much the services will be during the meeting.
- You will then have the option to accept the quote which will kick-start your project.
- Once the initial payment is received, a comprehensive strategy meeting will be setup so that we can finalize the scope of your project. During this planning stage, we will also determine the timeline for your project.
- The project is started and managed according to the strategy and schedule. If additional request are made which are outside of the initial scope of the project, this will be reviewed and discussed with you. The goal is to keep your project on schedule so some request may be assessed an additional fee to be completing during initial project or may be requested to be put on hold for a later phase of your project which may incur additional fees.
- After your project is completed and has received final approval from you, it will be made live.
