Do you have business leaks that are affecting the management of your business? Have you noticed that things are slipping through the cracks and you have no idea where they are going? Then it sounds like you have a business leak.

To some, a business leak may be centered on financial issues or maybe you have teaming problems. Regardless of where you have a business leak, it’s best that you identify it and determine a solution for how you will fix it.
