This is the first in a series about dealing with “business leaks” and the focus of this article is “Identifying Your Business Leaks”.
Do you have business leaks that are affecting the management of your business? Have you noticed that things are slipping through the cracks and you have no idea where they are going? Then it sounds like you have a business leak.
To some, a business leak may be centered on financial issues or maybe you have teaming problems. Regardless of where you have a business leak, it’s best that you identify it and determine a solution for how you will fix it. With the New Year starting today, I decided to start a new month-long series to help business owners find different ways to grow their businesses. During this month, I will share different tips that will help you to not only grow your business but also manage its growth.

Business Smarts: Can Going Green Be Profitable
As business look for ways to “Go Green”, many may wonder if it is profitable. To help a business stay profitable, the business owner must find ways of sustainability in their business. This can be done by assessing business processes, tools and equipment to see if you can find ways to “Go Green”.
Areas that can be affect when you are going green in your business are….
