Positive Encouragements for Teens Dealing with Cyberbullying and Self-esteem Issues

Cyberbullying is any harassment that occurs via the Internet. Vicious forum posts, name calling in chat rooms, posting fake profiles on web sites, and mean or cruel email messages are all ways of cyberbullying.
- Report it to an adult such as your parents or a teacher.
- Talk to a close friend about it if you don't have an adult to talk to so that they can help you find an adult.
- Keep documentation of what has been happening to you so you can include it when you report to an adult.
- Don't wait to long to report it. As soon as it happens, report it.
