    Healthy Living: Determine areas of concentration


    As I start my new 21 day makeover for healthly living, it was suggested to me by my co-contributors that I determine the areas of my life that I want to concentrate on. I chose only three at this time so that I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. The areas I will focus on are eating, exercise and thought-life.

    Each of the areas that I chose are important to me as a business owner because each one helps me sustain my body so that I am able to function and run my business. If I become healthier in each of these areas, I feel that I will be able to produce at higher levels of performance in my business.

    As a business owner, have you reviewed how healthy you are living? Are there areas that you need to improve in so that healthy living is top priority? Then please feel free to share about areas you are concentrating on for healthy living improvements.

    • It’s great that you selected these three areas: eating, exercise and thought. They certainly are essential as a foundation of/for success.

      A healthy thought life is necessary if we wish to be successful in any/all other areas of life. For me, exercising daily and eating well happens more effortlessly when my thinking is love based.

      When I approach self-improvement with a hum-drum attitude of “fixing” myself, the motivation is not so high :-) . But when I decide that I’m lovable as is and these activities are to improve my health, a gift to myself because I (and my family) deserve it, I get more motivated.

      So the ‘healthy thought’ tip of the day: get thoughts lined up with love. There’s a powerful harmonic beauty in Love.

    • It is awesome to see someone putting forth the effort to improve in life. I have been at it now for several years after becoming over weight and unhappy. It is an awesome feeling to be fit and in the best shape of my life.
