We all have to deal with conflicts and issues during different experiences. How we deal with them is important. In the &quot;heat of the moment&quot; it can be easy to start pointing fingers and blaming others, however, it is more important to look for the resolution AND develop a process improvement or system so they problem can be avoided in the future. 

I like your point about keep a listening ear...we tend to start talking to get our point across instead of listening to the other person.
