		<description>Using Michael Phelps is a great model. My son was a competive swimmer who was nationally ranked at age 15 so I know first hand the dedication and committment that it takes as a swimmer. Having said that, I also have almost 23 years in business so I can see the similarities. First- knowing what you want (many don&#039;t), setting goals, making a plan of action,then getting up each time you fall. Setbacks always are the trenches where you learn the most!
