You've hit on a topic that people are struggling so hard with! This post is spot on as far as how important having a team is to the growth of your business. I am a part of several "teams" and have seen amazing things happen because of it. There is power in having others help you. As much as I loved The Lone Ranger, being one doesn't work. This is so true even in other areas of our lives. I have a ministry team, a coaching team, and even my family is a team.
