Business Makeover: Using Virtual Teams
After hiring my virtual assistant (VA), I quickly realized that if I create a virtual team that I would be able to continue refining my business processes. I figured that it would a good idea to hire a team of specialist so that I could outsource to them and continue refining my business process.
As a business owner, one must keep in mind that having a virtual team in place will help you leverage your business better. Have you given any thoughts to putting a virtual team to work for you? Below is a list of areas that would be good to outsource to a virtual team:
- Managing Calendar
- Creating graphics
- Content Management (blog & website)
- Data entry
- Handling phone calls
- Organizing computer
- Research
- Creating newsletter
These are just a few of the areas that you can outsource to your virtual team. Have you been feeling overwhelmed or your projects are getting behind? I just have to say that following your posts on your business makeover should be made into a book! You’ve hit on a topic that people are struggling so hard with!
This post is spot on as far as how important having a team is to the growth of your business. I am a part of several “teams” and have seen amazing things happen because of it. There is power in having others help you.
As much as I loved The Lone Ranger, being one doesn’t work. This is so true even in other areas of our lives. I have a ministry team, a coaching team, and even my family is a team.

Outsourcing is great and although I had a hard time getting to that point I am glad that I started doing it.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I am actually working on the book version on my business makeover and plan on releasing it in September. I’m so excited because I will be expanding in the book about each of the subjects that I include on this website. The book will have additional content, top 10 activities, workbook and so much more.
