Getting a little deeper on the constructive feedback, I love the sandwich method where you start with positive, then give constructive (diplomatic) feedback, the end with positive.

What also helps is if the partners have complementary skills (where you&#039;re &#039;weak&#039;, they are strong, for example &amp; vice versa). :)
