Kim,

I am definitely a firm believer of keeping energy high in all of those domains (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).

If I didn't have my rituals in place (exercise, journaling, eating mostly clean foods, meditation, etc.)I think I'd probably get nothing done. :)

As the saying goes in my circles, "Down time is also productive time." Rest and recovery is just as important as firing on all 8 cylinders.

Hi Kim!
I was so excited to recieve the tweet about this post.
I enjoyed reading it and the questions you asked. Very powerful!

This past week has been one of a 'long hard look' at what's working well and what's not...so I know exactly what you mean. We have to do this in order to remain relevant.

Often I've found that it's in the personal arena that adjustments need to be made, so I'm not surprised with your list - I can so relate! :-) Sometimes the smallest personal adjustment can lead to some pretty huge business benefits.

I wish you tremendous success with this makeover! Oh and I've been enjoying following you on Twitter :-)

All the best,
Julette
